Atisar (dast)

Ghee, tel, makhan or dudh se bane bhojan ka adhik matra me sewan karne se atisar ki utpatti hoti hai. Dusit wa prakriti ke wirudh khadh pdarthon ka sewan karne se pachan kriya ki wikriti se atisar hota hai. Atisar me jaldi -jaldi shoch ke liye jane se rogi ke sharir me jal ki kami ho jati hai. Jal ki adhik kami hone ke karan pran ghatak stithi ban jati hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Aam or jamun ke patton ka ras sewan karne se atisar ki wiriti shighr nasht hoti hai.
2) Anar ka chhilka 20 gram matra me 500 gram jal me der tak ubale, jab pani 100 gram rah jae to aag se utar kar thanda kar le or chhan kar sewan kare. Subah - sham pine se atisar band ho jata hai.
3) Anar khane wa ras pine se bhi Atisar me bhut labh hota hai.
4) Bakri ke dudh me til or mishri ko kut-piskar milakar din me do-tin bar sewan karne se atisar band ho jata hai.
5) Babul ke taje patte ko piskar jal me milakar kuch der bad chankar rogi ko pilane se atisar shighr band ho jata hai.
