Adhunik pariwes me 35-40 wars ki aayu ko par karte - karte adhikans stree-purus uch raktchap se pidit hoten hain. Uch raktchap me rkt ka dabaw 140/80 se adhik ho jata hai . Yese me rogi ka sir chakrane lgta hai. aankho ke age sndhera chhane lagta hai or rohi ko ghabrahat hoti hai .
Rogi tiwr sir dard se bechain hota hai. Ratri ki nind nasht ho jati hai. Kano me trah-trah ki awaje sunai deti hai. Uch raktchap ki chikitsa me wilamb kiya jaye tigurdon ki bahut hani pahunchti hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Suryoday ke samay os padi hari ghans par nange pawn chalne se uch raktchap ke rogi ko bahut labh hota hai .
2) Aanwle ka murabba khane se uch raktchap ka prakop kam hota hai.
3) Lahsun ka 7-8 gram ras subah- sham pine se uch raktchap kam hota hai .
4) 20 gram pyaj ke ras ko 10 gram madhu ke sath prti din sewan karne se uch raktchap me bahut labh hota hai.
5) Methi ki sabji khane se uch raktchap shant hota hai.
6) Prtidin gajar ka 200 gram ras pine se ghabrahat or bechani nasht hoti hai .
7) Sahjan ka 10 gram ras prtidin pine se uch raktchap nasht hota hai.
