आयुर्वेद: एक प्राचीन चिकित्सा प्रणाली
आयुर्वेद भारत की प्राचीनतम चिकित्सा पद्धति है, जिसका अर्थ "जीवन का ज्ञान" है। यह केवल रोगों के उपचार तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि स्वस्थ और संतुलित जीवन जीने की कला भी सिखाता है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य शरीर, मन और आत्मा के बीच संतुलन बनाए रखना है।
आयुर्वेद के सिद्धांत
आयुर्वेद त्रिदोष सिद्धांत पर आधारित है, जिसमें शरीर की तीन जैविक ऊर्जाएँ—वात, पित्त और कफ—शामिल हैं।
Dadi nani ke gharelu nuskhe
Kutte ke katne par yadi aapko yah pata nahi hai ki katne wala kutta pagal tha ya aawara . Aap turant us kate wale bhag ko detol se saph kare, us bhag par lal mirch ko piskar lep karne se wish ka prabhaw kam hota hai. Iske bad aap hospital ja kar chikitsa kara sakte hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Kutta kate ang ko Detol se saph karke chuna laga dene se wish ka prabhaw nasht hota hai.
2) Pyaj ko kut kar usme madhu mila kar lagane se bhi kutta ke katne ka wish aila prabhaw kam hota hai.
3) Kali mirch or jeera sil par piskar , jal me milakar kutta kate huwe wyakti ko thodi -thodi matra me pilane se wish ka asar nasht hota hai.
4) Kaner ki jad ko jal se saf kar ke piskar rogi ko pilane se wish aila prabhaw nasht hota hai.
5) Satyanashi ki jad ko 5 gram matra me lekar , sil par pis kar dahi me milakar khane se kutta katne ka wishaila prabhaw nasht hota hai.
Andheri jagah wa ghane janglo se gujarte samay sanp katne ki bahut aasan ka rahti hai. Kabhi - kabhi sanp gharo me chuho ka shikar karne aa jate hai, yese me sanp katne ka aashanka badh jati hai. Sanp katne ke sath hi usme jahar chhod deta hai.
Sanp katne par turant us jagah ke upper kapde ki patti kaskar bandh deni chahiye. Patti ya rassi bandhne se wish uper ki or nahi jata . Detol ya potasiyam pomegranate ko jal me milakar katne ke sthan ko saph karna chahiye.
Gharelu chikitsa :-
1) Nag keshar or uske patto ko piskar sanp kate ang par lep karne se wish ka prabhaw nasht hone lagta hai.
2) Sanp katne par wyakti ko cholai ke panchag ka ras nikalkar thodi thodi matra me pilane se wish ka prabhaw nasht hota hai.
3) Kak jangha ko pis kar jal me milakar pilane se wish ka prabhaw kam hota hai. Wyakti ko sone se rokna aa washyak hai. So jane se wish ka prabhaw tiwar gati se hota hai.
4) Aak ke jad ko jal ke sath piskar kate huwe ang par lagane se wish ka prabhaw jaldi nasht hota hai
5) Dhature ki tin kopale gud ke sath milakar sanp kate wyakti ko sewan karane se wish ka prabhaw kam hota hai.
6) Ankol ki jad ki chhal ko jal me ubal kar kwath banay, chhan kar sanp katne par ghee milakar pilane se wish ka prabhaw nasht hota hai.
7) Jangli pyaj khane se sanp ke wish ka prabhaw kam hota hai.
Ghar me me andhere me chhipa , mej, kursi , wa sophe ki darao me chhipa wish-aile jiw -jantu kisi ko kat lete hai. Madhu makhi ,tataiya , sanp, bicchu, chuhe, chipkali ke katne wa makdi ke spars se tiwar jalan wa pida hoti hai . Bichhu ke dank marne se rogi tadap uthta hai. Nagar me to rogi ko kisi hospital ya narsing hom me le jaya ja sakta hai, lekin dur gawo me ghar par hi chikitsa karni padti hai.
Bichhu ke katne par :-
1) Apamarg ke podhe ko jad se ukhad kar, jad ko jal se dhokar rogi ko chabane ke liy kahe . Iske sath dank ke sthan par apamarg ke taje, komal patto ka ras lgay . Wish -aila prabhaw jaldi nasht hota hai.
2) Bichhu ke katne par yadi koi wana oas- dhi na ho to gay ka gobar dank wale sthan par laga de, jaldi jalan wa pida nasht hota hai.
3) Aak ke dudh me thodi - si hing piskar , milakar dank ki jgah lep karne se wish or jalan ka prabhaw kam hota hai.
4) Muli ki jad ko piskar , usme thoda sendha namak milakar dank ki jagah lep karne se wish ke karan utpann jalan wa pida nasht hota hai. Muli ke ras me sendha namak milakar pine se wish ka prabhaw kam hota hai.
5) Pyaj ko piskar bichhu ke dank par leo karne se or uspar thodi h thodi der me pyaj ka ras tap kane se jalan ,pida ,or wish ka prabhaw kam hota hai.
6) Dhature ke taje patte ko pis kar dank wale sthan par lep karne se wish ka prabhaw kam hota hai.
7) Lahsun ke ras or madhu mila kar bichhu ke dank marne par lgane se wish ki jalan wa pida or prabhaw nasht hota hai.
Warsha ritu me dusit jal ke sampark me rahne, gandi jagah par kam karne se sharir ke kisi ang me ak- jima ki wikriti ho sakta hai. Dusit mans- machhali or prakritik virudh khad pdartho ka sewan se rakt dusit hone se ak- jima ho dakta hai. Ak -jima alarji ke karan bhi ho sakta hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Chameli ka tel lgane se ak -jima nasht hota hai.
2) Sahjan ki jad ko sarso tel me pka kar us tel ko lagane se ak- jima bahut jaldi nasht hota hai.
3) Pipal ki chhal or patto ka churn banakar, usme nariyal ka tel milakar ak jima par lgane se ak- jima ka niwaran hota hai.
4) Palak ki jad 10 gram matra me lekar nimbu ke ras me piskar ak- jima par lgane se shighr rog ka niwaran hota hai.
5) Nim ki patti ko sarso tel me der tak pakay jab patte jal jaye unhe chhan kar rakhe. Us tel ko din me do tin bar lagane se ak- jima ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
6) Muli ke ras ki ak- jima par lagane se ak-jima nasht hota hai.
7) Ankol ke bijo ko ydi mkoy ke ras me pis kar lagane se ak- jima rog atisighr nasht ho jata hai.
Prkriti virudh khad partho ka sewan karne se safed dag ki wikriti hoti hai. Kuchh stree purush machhali khane ke bad dudh pite hai. Kuchh dahi ke sath pyaj or ghee ka sewan karte hai. In prakritik virudh ahar ke sewan se sharir ki twacha safed hone lagti hai. Safed dag ko shwet kusht bhi kha jata hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Ba -wachi 50 gram , til 50 gram alag- alag kut - pis kar milakar rakhe. 3-3 gram churn subah -sham madhu milakar swan karne se safed dag nasht hote hai.
2) Ba wachi chal mongra or chandan ka tel milakar safed dag par lagane se dag nasht hote chale jate hai.
3) Taje awle 10 gram , 3 gram nim ke taje patte milakar, piskar jal me milakar sewan karne se safed dag nasht hone lagte hai.
4) Ankol ka tel do tin bar lgane se safed dag nasht hote hai.
5) Anar ke taje patte ko chhaya me sukha kar , kut kar churn bana le. Is churn ko 5 gram matra me pratidin sewan karne se safed dag nasht hote chale jate hai.
6) Kele ke chhar me haldi ka churn milakar prti din safed dag par lgane se dag nasht hote chale jate hai.
7) Anjir ke patto ka ras sfed dag par lgane se dag sighr nasht hote hai.
Kuchh dasak pahle kusht rog ko purw janm ka karm phal se utpann rog kha jata tha . Kusht bhi dusre rogo ki trah such am kitanu ke sankar man se hota hai. Kusht ke kitanu , maikro bacterial, dusit jal wa kadh pdartho ke madyam se sharir me pahunchkar kusht rog ki utpati karte hai. Yadi kusht ki chikitsa me vilamb kiya jay to kusht warno ke karan twacha galne lagti hai. Warno se mawad nikalti hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Nim ki patti ko jal me ubal kar, chhan kar warno ko saph karne se puy ke jiwan u nasht hote hai. Kusht rog me rahat milti hai.
2) Nim ka tel warno par lagane se kusht ke kitanu nasht hote hai.
3) Nim ke taje patte ka ras tin gram lekar, usme aawle ka ras tin gram, madhu ke sath sewan karne se kusht rog me jakhmo se puy ka straw band hota hai.
4) Kaner ki jad ki chhal ke tel ko kusht ke warno par subah sham lgane se rog ka niwaran hota hai .
5) Anar ke taje patte ko piskar warno par lgane se bahut labh hota hai.
6) Giloy ka ras 10 gram or nim patte ka ras 5 gram milakar parti din pine se kusht rog ka prakop kam hota hai.
7) Jimikand ki sabji bana kar prti din khane se kusht rog ka niwaran hota hai.
Grism ritu me ghar se bahar nikalne par pasine aate hai. Bali ke jad me pasine ke karan sir me khujli hoti hai. Juon ki utpatti hoti hai. Funsi nikal aati hai. Jor se khujlane par sir me funsi ke chhil jane se jakham ban jate hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Sir me funsi nikalne par detol ko jal me milakar sir dhone se funsi nasht ho jate hai.
2) Nim ki pattiyo ko jal me ubal kar , jal chhan kar sir dhone se funsi nasht hoti hai.
3) Nim ka tel lgane se funsi ka niwaran hota hai.
4) Dhatu re ke 200 gram patte ko sarso ke 300 gram tel me der tak pakay. Jab patti jl jay to tel ko aag se utar kar , chhan lar rakhe. Is tel ko sir par lgane se funsi ati shighr nasht hoti hai.
5) Nim ki paki nim boliya khane se rakt sudh hone ke karan funsi ka prakop kam hita hai.
Ghar me kam karte huwe koi pin ya kil lag jane se , kisi bhari wastu me ungli dab jane se kai bar sodh (sujan) ho jati hai . Ungli me sodh ho par usme puy banne lagti hai. Yese me rogi ko bahut pida hoti hai. Sadharan dikhne wala shodh kabhi-kabhi bahut hani pahuchata hai. Ungli bhi puy se gal kar nasht ho jati hai .
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Nim ki pattiyo ko pis kar bandhane se bahut labh hota hai.
2) Kumbher ke patto ko anguli pak par bandhne se jalan wa pida nasht hota hai.
3) Afim or ajwain ko piskar , lep bana kar anguli pak par lgane se bahut jaldi shodh nasht hota hai.
4) Murda sang ko 10 gram matra me lekar sarso ke 30 gram tel me pakakar , halka garam karke ungli par lagane se shodh nasht hota hai. Din metin-char bar lgana chahiye.
5) Sindur, kali mirch, kapur or ilachi ke churn ,sbhi barabar matra me lekar pan patte me ghee lga kar , us churn ka 3 gram jal se gila kar pan ko churn ke sath ungli ke sodh par bandhne se yek din me shodh pak kar nasht ho jata hai .
Adhik sheetal wata waran se achanak ushan wata waran me pahuchne par wayu ke pra kopit hone or pitt ke sath milne se shit pit arthat chha - paki ki utpatti hoti hai. Shital khad pdartho ke sewan se bhi chha paki ho sakti hai. Chha - paki , sharir me kisi ang me khujli hoti hai, khujlane par lal gulabi chakte ban jate hai jinme tiwar jalan wa pida hoti hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Sheet pitt ke nikalne par geru ko thode se jal ke sath milakar lgane se jalan wa pida nasht hoti hai.
2) Kali mirch ko kut-piskar , khub barik churn bana kar kisi kapde dwara chhan le . Ab us churn me sudh ghee milakar chha - paki par lagane se shighr uska niwaran hota hai.
3) Nim ke tel me kapur milakar shit pitt me lagane se shighr labh hota hai.
4) Adrakh ke 10 gram ras me madhu 10 gram matra me milakar chatne se kuchh hi der me sheet pitt ki wikriti nasht ho jati hai.
5) Ajwain ka 30 gram churn , 10 gram sendha namak milakar rakhe. Chha-paki hone par 3-3 gram matra me jal ke sath sewan karne se sheet-pitt nasht hoti hai.
Khaj - khujli ki wikriti kisi bhi chhote bade ko kisi bhi mosam me ho sakti hai. Grism ritu me pasine ke karan adhik khujli hoti hai to sheet ritu me thandi hawa ke prakop se twacha shushk hone se khujli hoti hai. Warsa ritu me dusit jal ke karan khujli hoti hai .
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Nim ki pattiyo ko jal me ubal kar, snan karne se khujli ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
2) Nim ke ped par paki ni boli khane se rakt shudh hota hai or khujli se rahat milti hai.
3) Snan ke jal me nimbu ka ras milakar snan karne se pasine ki durgandh nasht hota hai. Khaj - khujli se mukti milti hai.
4) Nariyal ke 200 gram tel me 10 gram kapur milakar , kanch ke shishi me bhar kar rakhe. Prati din is tel ko din me do bar khujli wale ango me lagane se khuli jaldi nasht hoti hai.
5) Chameli ke tel me kapur milakar twacha par lagane se khujli nasht hoti hai.
Kishor awastha se yuwa awastha ki or pdarpan karte samay ladke- ladkiya muhase se pidit hote hai . Muhase ke karan chehre ka sondary, akarshan nasht ho jata hai . Muhase se puy straw hone lagta hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Grism ritu me jal me detol milakar chehra dhone se pasine ki gandagi nasht hoti hai. Jalan wa pida kam hoti hai.
2) Nim ki patto ko jal me ubal kar , us jal se chehra saph karne se muhase ka prkop sant hota hai.
3) Jayphal ko jal ke sath ghis kar muhase par lep karke sone se subah tak muhase ka niwaran ho jata hai.
4) Tri phala ke 10 gram churn ko jal me dal kar rakhe. Prata uth kar use pine se muhase ka prakop kam hota hai . Kosht badhta v nasht hota hai.
5) Nimbu ke sath kalonji ka churn 5 gram matra me milakar usme thoda sa dudh dalkar chehre par lep kare. Subah uth kar halke garam jal se chehra saph kare. Aisa karne se kuchh dino me hi muhase nasht hote hai.
Adhik ushan mirch masale wa amliya raso se nirmit khadh pdartho ke sewan se muh ke chhale ki utpatti hoti hai. Jo log kosht badhta se adhik pidit rahte hai we muh ke chhalo ke adhik shikar hote hai. Muh ke chhale hone par rogi kuchh bhi kha nahi pata. Kuchh bhi khate -pite samay tiwar jalan wa pida hoti hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Muh ke chhalo se chhutkara pane ke liye sabse pahle kost -badhta ko nasht karna chahiye . Kost- badhta nasht hone se Muh ke chhalo ka jalan or pida samapt ho jati hai.
2) Isabgol 5 gram matra me ubale huwe dudh ke sath pine se kost -badhta nasht hoti hai.
3) Jal me fitkari milakar din me do tin bar kulle karne se muh ke chhale nasht hote hai.
4) Jamun ke taje patte ko jal ke chhinte markar piskar jal me mila le . 15-20 minute bad us jal se kulla karne se muh ke chhalo ka niwaran hota hai.
5) Tamatar ka ras jal me mila kar kulle karne se muh ke chhale nasht ho jate hai .
Adhik sardi wa garmi ke prakop se kisi bhi vyakti ko sir dard ho sakta hai. Sheet ritu me jukam hone par sir dard ki utpatti hoti hai. Wibhinn rigi ke chalte sir me dard hone lagta hai . Mastisk ka adhik kam karne wale sir dard se adhik pidit hote hai. Computer ke samne adhik kam karne wa teli vijan dekhne se bhi sir dard hone lagta hai.
Kost badhta ke karan jab mal aanto me sadne lagta hai yo dusit gas mastisk me pahunch kar sir dard ki utpatti karte hai . Shrab pine wale bhi sir dard se adhik pidit hote hai. Grism ritu me lu ke prakop se adhik sir dard hota hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Sheet ritu me sardi lag jane se sir dard hone par sonth ko jal ke chhinte mar kar ,pis kar leo banakar mastak par lgane se sir dard ka niwaran hota hai.
2) Kost badhta ke karan sir dard hone par isabgol 5 gram matra me ubale huwe dudh ke sath sewan karne se kosht badhta nast hone se sir dard bhi nasht ho jati hai.
3) Lal chandan ko piskar mastak par lep karne se grism ritu me ushnata se utpann sir dard ka niwaran hota hai.
4) Pyaj ko pis kar talo me lep karne se sir dard nasht hota hai.
5) Lahsun ki kaliyo ko piskar kan pattiyo par lep karne se sir dard nasht hota hai.
Sheetal wayu ke prakop wa sheetal khadh pdar tho ka adhik matra me sewan karne se jukam se pidit ho sakta hai. Barish me der tak bhigne, bhige kapde me der tak kam karne, nange paw pars par ghumne se jukam hona samany bat hai. Jukam me khansi ke sath sir dard, nak band hone se swash lene me pre shani hoti hai.
GHRELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Ad -rakh wa tulsi patto ka 3-3 gram ras lekar, usme madhu milakar khane se jukam nasht hota hai.
2) chay banate samay ad rakh wa tulsi patta jal me ubal kar chay pine se jukam ka niwaran hota hai.
3) 50 gram ajwain ko yek kapde me bandh kar potli banakar , gram tawe par senk kar sunghne se jukam ke karn band nak khul jati hai. Shwas lene me aw rodh nasht hota hai ir sir dard se mukti milti hai.
4) 100 gram dudh me 5 gram haldi milakar garam- gram pine se jukam ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
5) Jukam me dono nak me sarso tel bund- bund tapkane se jukam lambe samay ke liye nasht ho jata hai.
6) Nimbu ko garm rakh me daba kar rakhe. Nimbu nikal kar usaka ras gram- garam pine se jukam nasht hota hai.
7) Kali mirch ka churn khakar upar se gram dudh pine se jukam ki wikriti nasht ho jati hai.
Grism ritu me adhik ushn watawaran me rahne, dhup me chalne firne, sharirik chhamta se adhik kam karne se nak se rakt straw hone lagta hai. Kuchh kishor adhik bhagte dodte hai to unki nak se rakt nikalne lagta hai.
Uchh raktchap ke rogi ki nak se bhi rakt straw ho sakta hai. Adhik ushn kadh pdra tho chay, coffi , sukhe mewe, pista , kaju ka sewan karne se nak se rakt straw ho sakti hai. Nak par aghat lagne se bhi rakt straw hone lagta hai .
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Anar khane wa anar ka ras tin -char din tak pine se nak ka rakt straw band hota hai.
2) Nadi talab me snan karne se sharirik ushnata nasht hone se nak se rakt straw ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
3) Gajar ka ras 200 gram matra me 50 gram anar ka ras milakar pine se nak se rakt straw band hota hai.
4) Kachhi muli ka ras nikalkar 30 gram ras me thodi si mishri mila kar rogi ko pilane se nak se rakt bahne ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
5) Nariyal ka jal thanda karke pilane se rogi ka nak se rakt straw ki wikriti nasht hota hai.
6) Apamarg ki jad ko jal ke chhitne mar kar pis kar rogi ko sungha ne se nak se rakt aana band ho jata hai.
7) Ber ke taje patto ko pis kar sir par lep karne se kuchh hi der me nak se rakt aana band ho jata hai .
Kan me funsi hone par yadi uski chikitsa na ki jay to funsi ke ke pakne or fut jane se puy straw hone lagta hai. Karn straw ki wikriti dusre anek karno se bhi ho sakti hai. Kan par chot lagne se bhitar ki or sodh hone par karn straw ki wikriti ho sakti hai.
Adhik khansi, jukam wa influynja ke karn bhi kuch bacho ke kano se straw hone lagta hai. Jwar me laparwahi, kano ki saphai ka dhyan na rakhne se bhi karn straw ho sakta hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Seet ritu me sardi lag jane ya seetal jal me adhik snan karne se kan me wikriti hone se karn straw hone lagta hai. Is karn straw ko rokne ke liye lahsun ki kaliyo ko sarso tel me der tak pakay. Phir us tel ko chhan kar bund-bund subah- sham kan me tap kane se karn straw nasht hota hai.
2) Saphed pyaj ko garam rakh me 10-15 minute tak daba kar rakhe . Phir us pyaj ka ras nikale . Is ras ko bund-bund kan me dalne se karn straw nasht hota hai.
3) Nim ke tel me thoda sa madhu milakar din me do- tin bar kan me bund -bund dlne se karn straw band hota hai.
4) Hul -hul ke ras ko til ke tel me pka kar , chhan kar kan me bund-bund dalne se kan ka bahna band ho jata hai.
5) Babul ke 100 gram patto ko 200 gram til ke tel me khub der tak pka kar , chhan kar rakhe . Is tel ko bund -bund kan me subah- sham dalne se karn straw nasht hoti hai.
Karn shule arthat kano me dard anek karan se ho sakte hai. Kan me funsi nikalne se sabse adhik karn shule hota hai. Kan me jal bhar jane wa sardi me thandi wayu ke prkop se bhi karn shule hine lagta hai. Kan ke aas - pass aghat lagne se kam ke andar shodh (sujan) ho jane se bhi karn shule ki utpatti hoti hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Bakri ke dudh me thoda sa sendha namak milakar or halka garam karke kan me bund --bund dalne karn shule nasht hota hai .
2) Aak ke patto ko halka sa garam karke, us par ghee lagakar patto ko masal kar kan me do- tin bund ras tap kane se karn shule palak jhapakte hi nasht ho jata hai. Din me do tin bar aak ke patto ka ras kan me dal sakte hai.
3) Sarso ke tel me muli ka ras or madhu milakar, khub garam karke chhan kar thanda hone par bund bund kan me dalne se kano ka dard nasht hota hai.
4) Jaitun ke taje wa komal patte ka ras nikalkar halka garam karke bund-bund kan me dalne se karn shule nasht hota hai.
5) Kan me funsi hone par nim ke tel ki bunde kan me dalne se dard band ho jata hai.
6) Lahsun ki kaliyo ko kuchal kar sarso tel me pakay . Lasun lal hone par aag se utar kar kapde se chhan kar bund -bund kan me dalne se shule nasht hota hai.
7) Seet riyu me karn shule hone par adrakh ka ras halka gram karke bund -bund kan me dalne se turant karn shule nasht hota hai.
Kuchh naw yuwak apne danto ke parti bahut laparwah hote hai. Bhojan ke bad danto ko saph nahi karte hai. Danto ko manjan ya pest kie bina so jane se danto me phase ann ke kan masudo me sadan uttpam kar dete hai. Ratri me dudh pikar sone se danto ko bahut hani pahunch ti hai. masudo me sadan ke karn puy banne ki wikriti ko pay riya rog kahte hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Pay riya rog se suraksha ke liye parti din subah or ratri ko nim wa babul ka datun se danto ko saph karna chahiye.
2) Fitkari ko jal me ghole kar din me kai bar kulle karne se masude ki sadan nasht hoti hai. Sadan ruk jati hai.
3) Nim ke patto ka ras ko jal me ghole kar kulle karne se puy ke jiwan u nasht hone se pay riya rog ka niwaran hota hai.
4) Nimbu ka ras 10 gram or madhu milakar danto wa masudo par malne se pay riya rog nasht hota hai.
5) Potassium parmanent ko halke gram jal me milakar din me do tin bar kulle karne se pay riya rog ka niwaran hota hai
Danto me prtidin subah sham tuthpest ya manjan nahi karne par ann ke kano ke danto ke bich phans jane se sadan hone lagti hai. Danto ko saph kiye bina so jane se masudo me sadan hone lagti hai.

1) Nim ki datun pratidin karne se danto me kide nahi lagte. Masudo me sadan nahi hoti hai to danto me shule ki utpatti bhi nahi hoti.
2) Sarso ke 5-7 gram tel me thoda sa sendha namak milakar manjan karne se danto ke shule se suraksha hoti hai.
3) Danto me dard hone par rui ki shaita se long ka tel us dant ki jad me lagay , danto ka dard turant nasht hota hai.
4) Nim ke tel ko jal me milakar din me tin char bar kulla karne se dant dard se mukti milti hai.
5) Tulsi ke taje wa komal patte ko 5-7 gram lekar kut pis kar danto ke niche rakhne se kuchh hi der me dard nasht ho jata hai.
6) Lowki ke chhote chhote tukde karke, lahsun ki 5-7 kaliya milakar ubale. Kuchh der bad is jal ko chhan kar kulla karne par dant me dard shighr nasht hota hai.
7) Jaiphal ke tel me rui ka chhita-sa tukda bhigokar dant ke sath lgakar rakhne se dant shule shighr nasht hota hai.
Bhojan me poshtik wa wasa yukt khady padar tho ka a -bhaw hone ke karan smaranshakti nirbal hone lagti hai. 3) Smaranshakti viksit karne ke liye akhrot bahut gunkari hota hai. Pratidin akhrot khane or dudh pine se smaranshakti tiwar gati se badhti hai.
4) Badam ka tel jise badam rogan kahte hai, 10 gram matra me lekar dush ke sath sewan karne se budhi viksit hoti hai.
5) Kali mirch ke 5 dano ko 20 gram mishri ke sath piskar, makhan me milakar sewan karne se smaranshakti tiwar gati se viksit hoti hai.
Bachpan se bhojan me hari sabji wa phalo ka a bhaw rahe to yuwa awastha tak netra ki joti chhinn hoti chali jati hai. Netro se dhundla dikhai dene lagta hai . 4) Prakritik chikitsa pratidin prata kal suryoday se pahle kisi park me jakar oas padi ghans par nange paw chalne se netr ki joti tiwar hoti hai.
5) Prati din 200 gram gajar ke ras me anar ka 50 gram ras ya palak ka 50 gram ras milakar pine se netr ki joti tiwar hoti hai.
Vyakti ki aayu jab 40 - 45 warsh ki sima rekha par karti hai to netra joti chhin hone ke sath netro me motiyabind ki wikriti utpann hone lagti hai . Motiyabind me drishti patal par suchham shlaish mik kala phalne lagti hai jo rogi ko dhundh la dhikhai dene par viswas kar deti hai. Shllai mik kala ke karan rogi rogi netrahin hokar rah jata hai arthat use sabhi chike dikhai dena band kar deti hai.
Chikitsak is sthiti ko motiyabind ke nam se sambodhit karte hai.

4) 20 gram mishri or 10 gram sendha namak kisi kharal me kai dino tak ghotkar khub barik surma bana le. Is surme ko netro me lagane se motiyabind nasht hota chala jata hai.

2) Pyaj ke ras me madhu milakar prtidin subah sham kisi shalai se netr me lagane se rato undhi ka rog nasht hota hai.
3) Seb ka murabba khane wa upar se dudh pine se netr ki joti tiwar hone se rato undhi rog nasht hota hai.
4) Suryoday ke samay kisi park me os padi ghans par nange pawn chalne se rato undhi rog nasht hota hai. Netra ki joti bhi badhti hai.
5) Taje kele ke patto ka ras netr me lagane se rato undhi rog nasht hota hai .
6) sham ke samay kisi plash ke ke ped ko katkar thoda sa ras nikale . Us ras ki kuchh bunde netra me dalne se rato undhi ka niwaran hota hai.
