Aniyamit or adhik chatpata bhojan karne se pachan kirya wikriti hone par bhojan ke prati aruchi ki wikriti hoti hai.samay par shoch na jane se jab aanto me mal ekatr hota to aruchi ki wikrity hoti hai.aruchi me kisi bhi prakar ke bhojan ko khane ki ichha nahi hoti. bhojan ki gandh se bhi aruchi hoti hai. bhukh nahi lagti.
GHRELU CHIKITSA:-
1) khira,muli,tmater or gajar ka salad banakar kali mirch or kala namak milakar nimbu ke ras ke sath sewan karne se aruchi ki wikriti nasht joti hai.
2) Anar ke 100 gram ras me jira or shakkar milakar sewan karne se aruchi nasht hoti hai. rogi koadhik bhukh lagti hai.
3) Santre ke 100 gram ras me kali mirch ka churn,sendha namak or shakkar milakar sewan karne se aruchi nasht hoti hai.
4) Hara dhaniya, pudina, anar ke dane, jira, sendha namak, kala namak or nimbu ka ras ki chatni bnakar bhojan ke sath sewan karne se aruchi ki wikriti nasht hoti hai,bhukh bhi adhik
