Jawar koi rog nahi hota. Vibhinn rogon ke karan utpann sharir ke viksit tapman ko jwar ke nam se smbodhit karten hain. Kisi rog ke karan jwar hone par sharir ka tapman badh jata hai. Swasth stree -purush ke sharir ka tapman 98.4° phoren hight hota hai. Rogon ke anusar jwaron ka namkaran kiya jata hai. Aayurvedik chikitsakon ke anusar wat , pitt wa kaph aadi doshon ki wikriti ke karan jwar ki utpatti hoti hai.
GHARELU CHIKITSA:-
# Sadharan jwar :-
1) Tulsi ke taje patton ko jal me ubalkar kwath bana kar, chankar din me do bar pine se sadharan jwar ka niwaran hota hai .
# Wat jwar :-
2) Pyaj ke chhote-chhote tukde karke , us par 3-4 kali mirch ka churn chhidak kar khane se wat jwar ka niwaran hota hai .
3) Tulsi ke 10 patton ko , 5 gram kali mirch ke churn ke sath ubal kar sewan karne se wat se utpann jwar nasht hota hai.
# Pitt jwar :-
4) Dhaniye ko kut pis kar 20 gram matra me lekar 100 gram jal me milakar rakhen . 8-10 ghante bad dhaniyeke jal ko chhan kar usme gud milakar pine se pitt jwar nasht hota hai.
5) Nim ki chhal or munnaka ko brabar matra me lekar jal me der tak ubalkar kwath bana le. Is kwath ko chhan kar subah sham pine se pitt jwar ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
# Kaph jwar : -
6) Adrakh ka ras 5 gram or madhu milakar chatne se kaph jwar se niwaran hota hai.
