         Bhojan me poshtik kadh pdarthon arthat phal -sabji or ghee ,dudh ,makhan aadi ka adhik samy tak abhaw bana rhe to sharirik nirbalta ke sath rakt ki kami hone se hriday ki dhadkan bhi badh jati hai. Thoda-sa bhi sharam karne par hriday joron se dhadakne lagta hai or sara sharir pasine  se bhig jata hai.

GHARELU CHIKITSA :-

1) Pratidin 200 gram gajar ka ras pine se sharirik shakti viksit hoti hai or hriday ka joro se dhadkna kam ho jata hai.

2) Anar ke taje patton ko pis kar 200 gram jal me milakar chhan kar pine se hriday ko jor se dhadakna kam ho jata hai.

3) Prtidin seb khane se hriday ki nirbalta nasht hoti hai, hriday ki dhadkan samany ho jati hai .

4) Pan ke ptton ka ras nikalkar uska sarbat bana kar pine se hriday ki nirbalta nasht hoti hai. Hriday ki tiwr dhadkan se mukti milti hai.

5) Dhaniye ke 3 gram churn me 3 gram mishri milakar taja jal ke sath sewan karne se hriday ka joron se dhadakna kam hota hai

             Hriday shule ka smaran karte hi rogi buri trah bhaybhit ho jaten hain. Hriday shule rogi ko wichlit kar deta hai. Wibhinn karno se jab rakt wahniyon me awrodh ho jata hai to hriday tak rakt nahi pahunch pata. Yese me hriday sule ki utpatti hoti hai. Samay par chikitsa na milne par pran ghatak sthiti ban jati hai.

GHARELU CHIKITSA :-

1) Giloy or kali mirch ke churn ko subah- sham 3-3 gram matra me halke gram jal ke sath lene se bahut labh hota hai.

2) Arjun ki chhal ko jal me der tak ubalkar kwath bana le or chhan kar subah-sham pine se shule nasht hota hai.

3) Yerund ki jad ko jal me ubalkar kwath banakar chhan kar pine  se hriday shule nasht hota hai.

4) 200 gram jal me 10 gram sudh madhu or thoda sa nimbu ka ras milakar rogi ko plane se hriday shule ka niwaran hota hai.

1) Arjun ki chhal ka kwath banakar pine se hriday rog me bahut labh hota hai.

2) Sukhe  mewe ( pista, badam , kaju, kishmish aadi) or seb, gajar ka muraba khane wa dudh pine se hriday ki nirbalta nasht hoti hai.

3) Hriday shule ki aashanka hone par, swans me awrodh hone par lahsun ki do-tin kaliyon ko chabakar ras chusne se bahut lanh hota hai. Pet se wayu nishkasit ho jane se hriday ka bojh kam ho jata hai.

4) Anar khane wa anar ka 100 gram jus pine se hriday ki ghabrahat wa tiwr dhakan ki wikriti nasht hoti hai. 

5) Kali mirch or giloy ko brabar matra me kut-piskar churn banakar rakhen. Prtidin subah-sham3-3 gram churn halke gram pani ke sath sewan karne se hriday shul ki aashanka nasht hoti hai .

              Agnashay ki wikriti se madhumeh rog ki utpatti hoti hai. Agnashay ras (insuline) ki  kami hone par sharkara ki pachan nahi ho pati hai to sharkara mutr marg se nishkasit hone lagti hai . Sharkara ke rakt me milne se bhi bahut hani hoti hai. Madhumeh lambe samay tk chalne wala kashtdayak rog hai.

GHARELU CHIKITSA :-

1) madhumeh rog me sharkara wa carbohydrate wale bhojan se parhej karna chahiye. Ghee , tel, or makhan khane se rogi ko bahut hani hoti hai.

2) Madhumeh rog me jamun, karela, nim aadi kattu phalon se bahut labh hota hai.

3) Pratidin karele ki sabji banakar khane se madhu meh me shrakara par niyantran hota hai.

4) Jamun ke guthliyon ke churn me sukhe karele ka churn mila le 3-3 gram matra me churn jal ke sath sewan karne se sharkara par niyntran hota hai .

5) Methi ke hare pattin ki sabji banakar khane se sharkara ki matra niyntran me rahta hai.

6) Prti din 200 gram tmater khane se madhumeh  rogi  ko bahut labh hota hai.

7) Nim ke taje patte ka 3 gram ras, belpatr ke 3 gram ras ko milakar madhu ke sath sewan karne se sharkara par puri trah niyntran bana rahta hai.

         Phal- sabjion wa dusre khadh pdartho ke madhyam se aantrkrimi ke 'larwe' sharir me pahunch kar tiwr gati se wiksit hoten hain. Aantrakrimi  aanto me chipak kar rakt chuste hain jisse sharirik nirblta teji se badhti hai.

1) Nim ki pattiyon ke 3 gram ras ras memadhu milakar sewan karne se pet ke kide shighrta se nasht hoten hai.

2) Anar ke chhilkon ko kut pis kar churn banakar jal ke sath sewan karne se pet ke kide nasht hoten hai.

3) Tmater ke ras me kali mirch ka churn or sendha namak milakar sewan karne se aantrkrimi nasht hoten hai.

4) Nimbu ke patton ka 7-8 gram ras me madhu milakar sewan karne se pet ke kide nasht hota hai.

5) Ajwain ke 3 gram churn gud ke sath sewan karne se pet ke kide tiwr gati se nash hoti hai .

              Ghee, tel, makhan or dudh se bane bhojan ka adhik matra me sewan karne se atisar ki utpatti hoti hai. Dusit wa prakriti ke wirudh khadh pdarthon ka sewan karne se pachan kriya ki wikriti se atisar hota hai. Atisar me jaldi -jaldi shoch ke liye jane se rogi ke sharir me jal ki kami ho jati hai. Jal ki adhik kami hone ke karan pran ghatak stithi ban jati hai.

1) Aam or jamun ke patton ka ras sewan karne se atisar ki wiriti shighr nasht hoti hai.

2) Anar ka chhilka 20 gram matra me 500 gram jal me der tak ubale, jab pani 100 gram rah jae to aag se utar kar thanda kar le or chhan kar sewan kare. Subah - sham pine se atisar band ho jata hai.

3) Anar khane wa ras pine se bhi Atisar me bhut labh hota hai.

4) Bakri ke dudh me til or mishri ko kut-piskar milakar din me do-tin bar sewan karne se atisar band ho jata hai.

5) Babul ke taje patte ko piskar jal me milakar kuch der bad  chankar rogi ko pilane se atisar shighr band ho jata hai.

1) Amritdhara ki do-tin bunde 100 gram jal me milakar pine se waman ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.

2) Pitt ke karn waman ho rahi ho to tulsi ke ras me ilaychi ke churn ke sath chatne se waman ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.

3) Aalubukhara ke sa tuth kali mirch, jira, sonth, kala nmak,or sendha namak kopiskar chatni banakar uame nimbu ka ras milakar khane se waman shighr nasht hota hai.

4) Hare dhaniye wa pudine ki chatni sewan karne se waman ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.

5) Garbhwati  ko adhik waman hone parKK nimbu ki shikanji din me 2-3 bar pine se waman ka prakop kam hota hai.

6) Dalchini or long ko jal me ubal kar kwath banakar chhankar kwath pine se waman ki wikriti nasht ho jati hai.

7) Anar ka ras kali mirch ka churn wa sendha namak milakarn pine se waman ki wikriti ka niwaran hota hai .

8) Aam or jamun ke taje patte ko 20 gram matra me lekar jal me ubal kar kwath bana le. Is kwath ko chhan kar madhu milakar pine se waman (ulti) band ho jata hai.

9) Kala namak 10 gram, kala jira 10 gram, kali mirch 10 gram or mishri 30 gram kut piskar churn bana le. 3-3 gram churn madhu me milakar sewan karne se waman band ho jati hai .

     Dusit, basi or adhik mirch masalo wa amliy raso se nirmit bhojan ke sewan se Piliya ki utpati hoti hai. Piliya me yakrit se pitasay me jane wala pitt kisi awrodh ke karan rakt me milne lagta hai. Shreer ki twacha , mal - mutra, pasina or nettron ka rang pila ho jata hai.

     Piliya me bhojan me laparwahi or chikitsa me wilamb karne se pranghatak sthiti ban jati hai.


GHARELU CHIKITSA :-

1) Anar ke 200 gram ptton ko chayame sukha kar barik churn bana kar rakhen. Prtidin 2-3 gram churn mathe ke sath subah -sham sewan karne se pilya rog nast ho jata hai.

2) pilya rog  muli ka sewan karne se bahu labh hota hai. Muli ke ptton ke ras me mishree milakar sewan karne se pilya rog nast hota hai .

3) Anar ka 100 gram ras me 10 gram mishree milakar, subh - sham  pine se piliya ka prakop nast hota hai.

4) Giloy ko kut- piskar bari churn bana le. Subah madhu milakar sewan karne se piliya rog nast hota hai.

5) Prtidin 100-200 gram tmater ya gajr ka ras pine se piliya rog nast hota hai.

      Aadhman, adhik dino tak ushn mirch masalo se nirmit bhojan kiya jaye to fusit wayu adhik banti hai. Dusit wayu ka kisi rup me uder se nishkasn nahi ho pata hai to uder me wayu bharne lagta hai. Uder me wayu bharne ko aphara ya aadhman khten hai. 

     Aadhman me pet tiwr shule hota hai. Rogi pida se bechain ho uthata hai. Sirdard or hirday me jakdan ki anubhuti hoti hai.

GHARELU CHIKITSA:-

1) Aadhman ki wikriti kishor aayu me adhik hoti hai . Aadhman hone par thodi- si Hing jal ke sath nigalne se  kuchh hi der me dusit wayu nishkasit hone se aadhman nasht hota hai.

2) Adhik chhote bache ko aadhman hoe par Adrakh ke ras 10 bund ko jal me milakar pilane se turant shule nasht hota hai.

3) Kali mirch ko piskar 1 gram churn or 50 gram gud halke gram pani ke sath rogi ko khilane se aadhman ki wikriti nasht ho jati hai.

4) Lahsun ke sewan se Aadhman shighr nasht hota hai.

5) Ajwaine ke 3-5 gram churn me nimbu ka 10 gram ras milakar sewan karne se Aadhman ki wikriti se mukti milti hai.

           Haija ek sankrsmak rog hai. Haija dusit bhojan or dusit jal ke sewan ke karan utpatti hoti hai.

           Kisi gawn ya ghar me ek vyakti ke pidit hone par shighr hi dusre  swasth vyakti bhi haija ke shikar ho jaten hain. Haija ka smay par chikitsa nahi hone par rogi mrityu ka shikar ho jata hai.


GHARELU CHIKITSA:-

1) sonth , kali mirch, sendha namak, hing or pipal sbhi chijen brabar matra me lekar jal ke chhinte markar sil par piskar lep bnayn . Is lep ko pet par lagane se haje me pet dard nasht hota hai.

2) pyaj ka 20 gram ras haija ke rogi ko kai bar pilane se bahut labh hota hai.

3) Pudine wa soph ka ark 10-10 gram matra me milakar thodi- thodi matra me rogi ko pilane se pyas sant hoti hai.

4) konch ko jal me der tak ubalkar kwatth banayen chhan kar madhu milakar pine se haija ka prkop kam hota hai.

5) Nimbu ko bich se katkar us par kali mirch ka churn or sendha namak dal kar dhire- dhire chusne se haija ka prkop kam hota hai. waman ki wikriti shant hoti hai.

          Jalodar ke karn rogi ko pet me dard, shwans lene me kathinai, rogi ka hirday tej gati se dhadakta hai. pyas adhik lagti hai lekin mutr ki matra kam ho jati hai.

1) Karele ke 30 gram ras ko jal me milakar din me do bar sewan karne se jaloder ki wikriti nasht hoti hai .

2) 5 gram lahsun ke ras ko 100 gram jal milakar subah - sham pilane se bahu labh hota hai.

3) Jalodar ke rogi ko din me kai bar pyaj ka sewan krane se rogi ko mutra adhik niskasit hone se pet me jal ki matra kam hoti hai.

4) Muli ke patton ka 50 gram ras prtidin subah - sham sewan krane se jaloder ro sralta se nasht hota hai.

        Bhartiya Ayurved chikitsa me phal-sabjiyon wanaoshdhiyon se ghar bhathe wibhinn rogon ko sralta se nast kiya ja sakta hai.

3) Wayu wikaron ko methi sralta se nast karti hai.methi ke taje patte ko sabji ya pakodi banakar khane se pet me dusit wayu ki uttpati nahi hoti hai.


4) Sabji me bhuni huwi hing piskar, milakar khane se gas ki wokriti nasht hoti hai.


5) Matthe me aajwain or kala namak ka churn milakar pine se dusit wayu ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.

3) Jira , dhaniya or mishri brabar matra me kut- piskar churn banakar rakhe. 3-3 gram churn subah- sham jal ke sath sewan karne se badhajmi se mukti milti hai.


4) Santre ke 200 hram ras me 2 gram bhuna huwa jira or thoda sa sendha namak milakar pine se 1 sptah me badhjmi ka prkop nast hota hai.


5) Bhojan ke bad char-panch din tak pethe ki mithai khane se badhajmi rog nast ho jata hai.

1) santre ke 50 gram ras me thodi si bhuni hui hing or kala namak piskar,milakar sewan karne se uder shule nust hota hai.


2) Nimbu ke 5 gram ras me kali mirch ka 1 gram churn or adrakh ka 5 gram ras mila kar sewan karne se uder shule nast ho jata hai.


3) 5 gram  dalchini ke churn me 3 gram kesar ka churn milakar garam jal ke sath sewan karne se uder shule nust hota hai.


4) Hing or sendha namak gomutra ke sath gram karke pet par lep karne se shule nast ho jata hai.


5) Anar ka ras pine se uder shule nast hota hai. 


6) Badi ilaychi ka churn bana kar 1 ya 2 gram churn halke gram jal ke sath  sewan  karne se uder shule se mukti milti hai.

1) khira,muli,tmater or gajar ka salad banakar kali mirch or kala namak milakar nimbu ke ras ke sath sewan karne se aruchi ki wikriti nasht joti hai.


2) Anar ke 100 gram ras me jira or shakkar milakar sewan karne se aruchi nasht hoti hai. rogi koadhik bhukh lagti hai.


3) Santre ke 100 gram ras me kali mirch ka churn,sendha namak or shakkar milakar sewan karne se aruchi nasht hoti hai.


4) Hara dhaniya, pudina, anar ke dane, jira, sendha namak, kala namak or nimbu ka ras ki chatni bnakar bhojan ke sath sewan karne se aruchi ki wikriti nasht hoti hai,bhukh bhi adhik

           Kostbadhata se bar- bar pidit hone wale log Bawaseer rog se adhik pidit hote hain.bhojan me adhik ushn mirch masalo wa amliy rso se bane khadh pdarthon ka sewan karne se sharir me shuskta viksit hoti hai.mal shushk or kthor hokar aanton me yekatra hota hai. shoch ke samay adhik jor lagane par maldwar ke aas-pas twacha chhil jati hai to jakham se shoch ke samay raktstraw hone lagta hai. rogi bahut kamjor ho jata hai. 
 
Gharelu chikitsa:- 
 
1) Bawasir ko nasht karnebke liye pahle kostbadhta ki wikriti nast karna aawashayk hota hai. kostbadhta ko nast karne ke liye triphala churn 5 gram matra me halke gram pani ke sath ratri me lene se thik ho jata hai.

 2) isabgole 5 se 10 gram matra me uble huwe dudh ke sath lene se Babaseer me bahut labh hota hai.
 
3) Dudh me yeraund ka tel milakar pine se sushk or kathor mal saralta se nikalta hai. kostbadhata nast hone se Bawaseer rog jaldi nasht hota hai. 
 
4) Nim or pipal ki patti ko 10-10 gram matra me lekar use pis kar mansakuron par lagane se msnsakur nast ho jata hai.

 5) Anar ke chhilkon ko chhaya me sukha kar kut-pis kar churn bana kar rakhe. pida hone par 5-5 gram churn pani ke sath subah-sham sewan karne se raktstraw band ho jata hai.Anar khane wa ras pine se Bawaseer rog me raktstraw band ho jata masakur nast ho jata hai.
