GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Amritdhara ki do-tin bunde 100 gram jal me milakar pine se waman ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
2) Pitt ke karn waman ho rahi ho to tulsi ke ras me ilaychi ke churn ke sath chatne se waman ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
3) Aalubukhara ke sa tuth kali mirch, jira, sonth, kala nmak,or sendha namak kopiskar chatni banakar uame nimbu ka ras milakar khane se waman shighr nasht hota hai.
4) Hare dhaniye wa pudine ki chatni sewan karne se waman ki wikriti nasht hoti hai.
5) Garbhwati ko adhik waman hone parKK nimbu ki shikanji din me 2-3 bar pine se waman ka prakop kam hota hai.
6) Dalchini or long ko jal me ubal kar kwath banakar chhankar kwath pine se waman ki wikriti nasht ho jati hai.
7) Anar ka ras kali mirch ka churn wa sendha namak milakarn pine se waman ki wikriti ka niwaran hota hai .
8) Aam or jamun ke taje patte ko 20 gram matra me lekar jal me ubal kar kwath bana le. Is kwath ko chhan kar madhu milakar pine se waman (ulti) band ho jata hai.
9) Kala namak 10 gram, kala jira 10 gram, kali mirch 10 gram or mishri 30 gram kut piskar churn bana le. 3-3 gram churn madhu me milakar sewan karne se waman band ho jati hai .
