Atisar se pidit stree-purush jab bhojan me laparwahi karte hai or adhik matra me washa yukt arthat ghee , tel , makhan aadi khadh padar tho ka sewan karte hai to grahani rog ke shikar hote hai . Grahani rog me rogi atisar rogi ki trah bar bar shoch ke liye jata hai . Grahani rog me 20-30 bar shoch ke liye jana pad sakta hai . Grahani rig me apri pakw aahar atisar ( dast ) ke rup me bar bar Nishka sit hota hai .
GHARELU CHIKITSA :-
1) Aam ke phoolo ko chaya me sukha kar barik churn bana kar jal ke sath sewan karne se grahani rig kam hota hai .
2) Gay ke dudh se bani dahi ke sath khajur milakar khane se grahani rog me bahut labh hota hai .
3) Grahani rog me anar khane ya usaka ras pine se dasto ka prakop kam hota hai .
4) Kachi bel giri ke gude me sonth ka churn or gud milakar khane se grahani ka prakop sant rahta hai
5) Kali musli ko 50 gram matra me lekar , kut pis kar khub barik churn bana le . Subah sham or duphar ko 3-3 fram churn mathe ke sath sewan karne se grahani rog nasht hota hai .
6) Aam ki gu- thli ke bhitar ki giri or bel phal ki giri dono ko kutkar churn bana le . Din me do bar 3-3 gram churn chawal ke dhowan (jal) ke sath sewan karne se grahani rog me labh hota hai .
7) Sonf 50 gram , kala namak 5 gram matra me lekar , khub barik churn banakar rakhe . 3-3 gram churn din me kai bar jal ke sath sewan karne se grahani rog nasht hota hai .
