         Pachan kiriya ki vikriti se ajirn ki vikriti hoti hai . Kuchh wyakti wa kishor hat samay kuchh na kuchh khate -pite rahte hai, bhojan ki pachan kiriya puri hone se pahle jab kuchh khaya jata hai to pachan kiriya vikriti hone se ajirn arthat badha -jmi hoti hai. Ajirn me rogi ko bahut bechaini hoti hai . Pet se dusit wayu (gas) nikal nahi pane ke karan gad- gda -hat  hoti hai . Halka shule or bharipan ki shikayat bhi hoti hai .

GHRELU CHIKITSA :-

1) Ajirn rog ki utpatti hone par rogi ko sabse pahle bhojan par niyantran rakhna chahiye . Ghee , tel wa mirch - masalo se bane khadh pdartho ka sewan bilkul na kare. Kost badhta ka niwaran hone se ajirn rog me bahut labh hota hai .

2) 200 gram taje ganne ke ras me adrakh ka 5 gram ras or thoda sa sendha namak milakar pine se ajirn rog me bahut labh hota hai.

3) Ajirn rog me rogi ko bhukh nahi lagti . Bhojan ke prti aruchi ho jati hai . Adrakh ko chhote- chhote tukde kar ke nimbu ka ras sendha namak dalkar rakh de. Do din bad adrakh ko thodi thodi matra me khane se bhukh lagne lagti hai . Ajirn ka prakop kam hota hai.

4) Lahsun ki kaliyo ko chhil kar uski kaliyo ko piskar , usme nimbu ka ras or sendha namak  milakar khane se ajirn rog nasht hota hai.

5) Sonth, dal chini, jira  or ilaichi sabhi chije brabar matra me lekar kut pis kar barik churn bana le . Prti din 3-3 gram churn subah - sham halke garam pani ke sath sewan karne se ajirn ki vikriti nasht hoti hai .

6) Ajwain ka ark din me do bar sewan karne se ajirn rog ka niwaran hota hai .

7) Long or harad ko jal me ubalkar kwath bnay . Kwath ko chhan kar usme thoda sa sendha namak milakar sewan karne se ajirn rog nasht hota hai.
